Blue Ocean Enterprise - FZCO ("we," "us," or "our") operates the BOE Ad Manager application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you interact with our App and related services.
By using our App or services, you consent to the data practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide Directly
- Account registration information (name, email address, contact details)
- Business information (company name, ad account identifiers, business manager identifiers)
- Authentication credentials used to connect your Meta (Facebook) advertising accounts
- Advertising content you create, upload, or manage through the App (ad copy, images, campaign settings)
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Log data (IP address, browser type, access times, pages viewed)
- Device information (hardware model, operating system, unique device identifiers)
- Usage data (features used, actions taken within the App)
1.3 Information from Third-Party Platforms
When you connect your Meta (Facebook) advertising account(s) to our App, we access the following data through the Meta Marketing API with your authorization:
- Ad Account Data: Account ID, name, currency, timezone, spend limits, and account status
- Campaign Data: Campaign structures, ad sets, ads, budgets, targeting parameters, and delivery status
- Creative Assets: Ad images, videos, copy text, headlines, and call-to-action configurations
- Performance Metrics: Impressions, clicks, spend, conversions, and other advertising performance data
- Page Data: Facebook Page identifiers and Instagram account identifiers linked to your ad accounts (used solely for ad creation and delivery)
We do not access, collect, or store any personal data of Facebook or Instagram end-users who see or interact with your advertisements.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following business purposes:
- Ad Campaign Management: To create, manage, optimize, and report on advertising campaigns on your behalf across Meta platforms
- Automation Services: To automate the creation and launch of ad campaigns based on your instructions and templates
- Performance Analytics: To provide you with reports and insights about your advertising performance
- Service Improvement: To improve and develop our App's features and functionality
- Technical Support: To respond to your inquiries and provide customer service
- Compliance: To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms of service
We do not use your data for any purpose other than providing our advertising management services to you. We do not use your data to build user profiles, target advertisements on behalf of third parties, or for any purpose unrelated to your advertising campaigns.
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or advertising data to any third party. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Meta Platforms: We transmit campaign data, creative assets, and targeting parameters to Meta's advertising platform solely to create and manage your ad campaigns as instructed by you
- Service Providers: We may share data with trusted service providers who assist us in operating the App (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics), subject to strict confidentiality agreements
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction
- With Your Consent: We may share information for other purposes when we have your explicit consent
4. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Specifically:
- Account data is retained for the duration of your active use of the App
- Campaign and performance data is retained for up to 24 months to enable historical reporting and analysis
- If you discontinue use of our App or revoke access to your Meta accounts, we will delete or anonymize your data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law
If Meta (Facebook) disables our App or if we cease using the Meta platform, all data obtained through Meta's APIs will be promptly deleted in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:
- Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
- Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel only
- Regular security assessments and monitoring
- Secure storage of API credentials and access tokens
While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

7. Meta (Facebook) Platform Compliance

- We only request permissions necessary to provide our advertising management services (ads_management, ads_read, public_profile)
- We do not use Meta data to build or augment user profiles for purposes unrelated to our App
- We do not sell, license, or purchase any data obtained from Meta
- We do not transfer or make Meta data available to any ad network, data broker, or other advertising or monetization-related service
- We will delete all Meta data upon request by Meta or upon termination of our access to Meta's APIs
- We provide a mechanism for users to request deletion of their data
- This Privacy Policy is publicly accessible and is not geo-blocked, ensuring Meta's crawlers can access it at all times
8. International Data Transfers
Our App may process data in jurisdictions outside your country of residence, including the United Kingdom, European Union, and United States. Where we transfer data internationally, we implement appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as approved by the European Commission, and ensure adequate protection under the UK GDPR.
9. GDPR Compliance (EEA and UK Users)
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and United Kingdom, we process personal data on the following legal bases:
- Contract Performance: Processing necessary to provide our advertising management services
- Legitimate Interests: Processing for service improvement and security
